We perform due diligence on target investments by reviewing market opportunities, business models, management & execution teams, corporate governance & controls, financial projections, and operational systems.

ANIL BABBAR
Founder
Anil is an experienced advisor and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in finance, law and entrepreneurship. He started his career on Wall Street working for ING Barings, Ivy Asset Management, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. He founded ASA Capital Partners LLC in 2008 to explore investments in real estate and venture capital.
Anil has a demonstrated history of working with early stage companies (A.I., SaaS, Health & Wellness, Payments Technology, Real Estate). He is skilled in strategy, finance, operations, financial modeling, fundraising, and venture debt/equity.
Anil is admitted to the New York and Massachusetts state bars and is a registered real estate broker in New York state.
AJAY BABBAR
Managing Director
Ajay is skilled in all facets of Commercial Real Estate and has over 15 years of experience. He serves as Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at ASA Capital Partners, LLC, identifying investment opportunities in Multi-family and NNN leased properties.
Ajay has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which requires advanced skill sets in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate properties.
Additionally, Ajay has served in various capacities at Florida CCIM Chapter such as President of Central District (2013), Candidate Guidance Chair (2012, 2013), VP-Education (2015).
